ping_g69
Depende kung saan ka comfortable at mas makapagbigay ng time... Sa akin naging effective during mornings... Ang target ko was to loose 20lbs.. Naachieve ko sya doing morning runs w/o breakfast.. Then light weights naman afterwards.. Kapag di ko nagawa in the morning if I have an early appointment, susundot ako sa gabi.. staringatdsun
The best time is when you can regularly do it. Whether morning, noon or night as long as you can stick to it then that's the best time to do it. Quote Link to comment

deltree
There's a workout routine called lean gains, pretty much for people who are really busy/have their day full. Quote Link to comment
Nate Gray
The best time to work out really depends on your body's rhythms, but this should be when your energy is at its peak within the day. Not getting enough sleep though means you're seriously compromising your gains as sleep is when our muscles actually recover and grow. Quote Link to comment
WhitofKnight
I do mine before work as it really is the only time I have to go gym as work nights seems to work for me Quote Link to comment
Nate Gray
The best time to work out really depends on your body's rhythms, but this should be when your energy is at its peak within the day. Not getting enough sleep though means you're seriously compromising your gains as sleep is when our muscles actually recover and grow. Just to add, skimping on sleep triggers a decrease in human growth hormone (HGH), which can cause muscles to wither and fat to build up. It's crucial for everyone to get a full eight hours of sleep each night, and you can use an afternoon nap to reach that eight-hour goal. Quote Link to comment
