When Is The Best Time To Work Out?

Depende kung saan ka comfortable at mas makapagbigay ng time... Sa akin naging effective during mornings... Ang target ko was to loose 20lbs.. Naachieve ko sya doing morning runs w/o breakfast.. Then light weights naman afterwards.. Kapag di ko nagawa in the morning if I have an early appointment, susundot ako sa gabi..

The best time to work out really depends on your body's rhythms, but this should be when your energy is at its peak within the day. Not getting enough sleep though means you're seriously compromising your gains as sleep is when our muscles actually recover and grow.

 

Just to add, skimping on sleep triggers a decrease in human growth hormone (HGH), which can cause muscles to wither and fat to build up. It's crucial for everyone to get a full eight hours of sleep each night, and you can use an afternoon nap to reach that eight-hour goal.
