When Is The Best Time To Work Out?

In the morning if your time permits. This will keep you active and your blood flowing throughout the day. If not, anytime you feel energize and active would do. Just remember to do the exercise at least 2 hours after meal. Doing it right away will not help in the digestion of food. Also, avoid lying-down or sleeping right after doing the exercise. This is especially true if you are doing the exercise at night. Sleeping right away after the exercise will put you at risk of increase blood pressure and stroke especially in the elderly. You have to at least rest for 2 hours before you sleep to prevent these complications.

yup.. roadwork or biking in the morning. Pag pauwi then hit the gym pero unlike some people who have problems sleeping after working out eh saken hindi.. I'm tired kaya napapatulog ako very easily. But I have to be consistent w/ my workout right now.. tumataba uli from all those fiestas and late night kainan w/ friends.

MWF - jogging, after office hours. 1hour run 6-7pm

TTHS - strength training, Gym - 2hours 6-8pm

Sunday - recovery morning run 3-5k jog.

 

As much as possible,sex is schedule on Saturday only. Just to store up testosterone for my daily exercise. Kasi pansin ko, if daily ako makipag hooked-up medyo nawawalanako ng gana to do my intense excercise, well sex is also an exercise pero iba yung focus mo eh.
