Why So Serious Posted November 14, 2011 Share Posted November 14, 2011 I work on a shifting schedule every week ang pag change din ng schedule, di ko kasi ma condition yung katawan ko for work out since nag iiba iba ang oras ng pagtulog ko medyo nahihirapan yung katawan ko maka recover for a work out. If not, anytime you feel energize and active would do. Just remember to do the exercise at least 2 hours after meal. Doing it right away will not help in the digestion of food. Also, avoid lying-down or sleeping right after doing the exercise. This is especially true if you are doing the exercise at night. Sleeping right away after the exercise will put you at risk of increase blood pressure and stroke especially in the elderly. You have to at least rest for 2 hours before you sleep to prevent these complications. Quote Link to comment

Pag pauwi then hit the gym pero unlike some people who have problems sleeping after working out eh saken hindi.. I'm tired kaya napapatulog ako very easily. But I have to be consistent w/ my workout right now.. tumataba uli from all those fiestas and late night kainan w/ friends. Quote Link to comment

As much as possible,sex is schedule on Saturday only. Just to store up testosterone for my daily exercise. Kasi pansin ko, if daily ako makipag hooked-up medyo nawawalanako ng gana to do my intense excercise, well sex is also an exercise pero iba yung focus mo eh. Quote Link to comment
