Around 7pm after dinner, then two hour total body workout....you feel the endrenalin flowing to your body, then go to your favorite MP for a massage and e.s.....exhausted but with a happy face. There are many things that can happen in a day aside from work that can sidetrack me: bad weather, traffic, more work, tagged along by a friend, date, family thingies. Or I can just get lazy. If I knock off a workout first thing in my day, I'm good and done. Then I can watch what I eat better. Quote Link to comment
