sam spade
i think mornings...aside from getting you reved up for the day, i believe the work activities that would follow would somehow help still continue your calorie burn that got started by the work out...just what i think, no science to back it up Quote Link to comment
Playful444
It depends on your goals and the workout program that you follow. If you are required to train at night, it is OK but don't do it too late. It will be difficult for you to sleep. Quote Link to comment

cocoy0
Depende talaga sa kung anong klaseng tao (morning vs night person) lalo na iba-iba ang work. Isama na rin sa factors ang time kung kailan kumain, time before sleep, what kind of exercise (strengthening ba o endurance o power) atbp. Quote Link to comment
orgazmo
this is a hugely debated subject. however, latest research i've read indicated it doesn't make any significant difference. therefore, just do it at a time convenient for you. Quote Link to comment

Guest Serenity12
I found out that I'm more consistent in exercising if I do it in the morning, rather than after work. With kettlebells, I always look forward to swinging! Quote Link to comment
