449239
Pero fave book ko by Anne Rice is Memnoch the Devil. Ayus sa discussion. Basic question ni Memnoch is bakit daw may suffering sa mundo when God can get rid of it just by willing it. Philosophical. When it comes to suffering … I am imagining a man named Job from the Old Testament. It’s like “If God is Good, why is there Evil?” Quote Link to comment
IdealGuy
Hey book lovers! I'm currently reading "What they don't teach you at harvard business school". It's a great book and tells you how to be a street smart businessman without having an MBA degree. The author (I forgot the name, sorry) even claims that after reading the book, you'll be beter informed than the MBA degree holders. And you know what's even better...? Quote Link to comment
IdealGuy
I got it really cheap from the discount book stalls at SM city! Quote Link to comment
little_brown_spider
Dude, I saw that book at Bestseller bookstore at the Podium. What is it about? I think the genre is fantasy, right? Yup, its more on Fantasy. Very good book, well difined yung characters and unlike other series di mo sigurado sino talaga yung mga main characters...... What I mean is there are characters that are central to the story but dies off in the book. The story is quite realistic, if you wont mind the some mythical creatures. There are characters that seems to be the bad guy, but after reading throught the books, you would have an insight on the character and probably symphatized him. Just read the book. if you like fantasy, knights in particular; you would enjoy this book. Quote Link to comment

Dude, wanna swap or trade fantasy books? I'm interested in the book you just recommended. Maybe we can borrow each other's books so we can save money for more books. I wanna buy "1001 Orcs" by RA Salvatore. It's his newest trilogy. Quote Link to comment
