uminom ka ng centrum then pantulak mo red bull or kape.. lolz.. joke!!

 

open ng TV then lipat lipat ng channel.. watch around 1 minute sa isang channel then lipat ulit.

mas effective kapag patay ang ilaw sa sala/kwarto. Ewan ko nalang kung hindi bumigat ang mata mo at antukin.. hehe
