Dipende sa trippings :D Maraming pampatulog depende na lang un sa tao kung ano ung gusto niyang pampatulog :D

Activities

Hobbies

Leisure

Etc.. Etc..

 

Hahaha :D

 

Effective pala pag nakakapag exercise ka at least 2-3 times a week. Better kung every other day. :D
