1. Go to bed around the same time every night.

2. Don't do any work in bed. Choose another part of your house to do work.

3. Leave the tv off.

4. Drink hot milk an hour before going to bed. Avoid caffeine.

Hi, I notice that taking 1 tablespoon of virgin coconut oil at dinner time improves my sleep (mas malalim ang tulog). Can I do this often? Would virgin coconut oil increase my cholesterol level? Thanks.
