cool_kojie
my office using smart bro. my only problem with it is intermittent ang service napuputol parati and I just do tweaking para bumalik ulit. So far relatively few na ang downtimes. Pero Mabagal lang talaga minsan. I dont get rebates kasi we pay them yearly so ang hirap mag rebate. Quote Link to comment

chipmaker
ok ang smartbro. my father in law and brother in law uses it. tapos pag magdagdag ka ng extra 99 per month, you get unlimited airborneaccess. :thumbsupsmiley: Quote Link to comment

robin20
Smart has the worse customer service. once mwalan ka ng connection it would take weeks before they send field technician to reinstall your connection. smart and pldt sucks. Quote Link to comment

Perhaps you should make a follow-up. Some has better luck for field technicians.. But honestly, sometimes you don't really need a field technician to troubleshoot your problem.. have you tried, quickFix? Quote Link to comment
