International Exchange Bank noong nagkaroon ng issues na bibilihin sila ng ibang bank laging delayed ang pasweldo nila. E dati Convergys yan ang banko nila. My last month they switched over to Banco De Oro.

my friends who work sa call centers say ibank is the worst. Nawawala nalang yung pera nila ng basta-basta. Nagulat ako kasi I accompanied my friend to have his balance checked sa atm then wala pang 24hrs nawalan na siya ng almost 8k.

Metrobank-harassed me to no end to force me to get a credit card from them kahit ayoko. Ngayon lang ako naka-experience na di mo pa kinukuha yung card, hina-harass ka na!

I like metrobank and bpi for their online banking so that i don't have to personally be in the branch and suffer bad service. But in fairness, the branches i sometimes go to have pleasant staff.

Unionbank has a terrible online payment system on their ATMs.

 

It won't accept some of the payments I make on the ATM.

 

I have to withdraw all the cash and deposit it to China Bank so that I can make payments online

yung Equitable-PCI nakakainis kasi tuwing a-kinse at katapusan, kung kailan mo kailangan magwithdraw, LAGING OFFLINE.

as a general rule, if the bank has many clients waiting in the premises, the service suffers since only two or three tellers would be on hand to service them. with cost cutting as a practice, tellers are kept to a minimum. the problem is when clients come in on peak days such as mondays, fridays, middle and end of the month.

Metrobank Cainta branch. sa tapat ng sta lucia mall. Super haba na ng pila. then when you look at th faces of the tellers, manager and staff walang sense of urgency. it took us 3 HOURS! Imagine! to transact a deposit. Worse bank i encountered in my whole life. Sayang at Metrobank pa naman. Couldn't believe it.

I suggest to go to your Bank's own ATMs.

Kapag a-kinse o katapusan, sadyang dine-disconnect ng mga bangko ung Megalink/Bancnet nila para ma-prioritize at ma-accomodate ung Account holders nila .....

bpi and metrobank tops my list of WORST banks. they don't ad tellers even if they see the long lines. BPI is the worst because you have to STAND up in line. very few seats in their branches, if any at all. try the sm north branch. No seats at all

Pinakamalala kong na-experience sa Ibank Boni. Almost 3 hrs na ako doon ang layo ko pa rin sa pila. Isang transaction inaabot ng 30 mins. Nasayang lang ang 3 hrs ko ng di nakakabayad dahil kailangang bumalik sa work. Buwisit kasing Unionbank Visa na iyan di puwede magbayad sa ibang banko tapos ang kaunti pa ng branches nila.

I've had very good experiences with Equitable branches, particularly the Robinson's Dasma and Pasay Metropoint branches.

 

Mababait kasi yung tellers (and managers) nila, very polite and accomodating.

 

Nung minsan kumuha ako ng manager's check na kinailangan ko for use sa UAE Embassy, i never had a problem. Ang bait nung si Mr. Rolando ata yun, dun sa Pasay Metropoint branch.

You forgot that there are also lines for VIP clients, they just sit down on the sofa and the managers personally assist them with their banking transactions.
