so i see my favorite s@%t hole company has the most complaint threads here. well done pldt. keep up the good work, you wankers. pldt and fitness first. company priorities are profit first, service, what's that?

All I can say is PLDT is the most F@#k-up company in the universe....since January pa yung problem sa I-net cafe ko and August pa lang naayos (hindi pa totally naayos kasi every sunday ang bagal). Can you imagine...Internet Cafe shop...everyday walang internet...B@LLSh@T!!!!! :grr:

 

Dati sila yung nag-top na company sa Asia but ngayon...BULOK!!!! Tinitipid kasi nila yung employees nila tapos tinanggal lahat pinalitan ng fu@kng contractuals na walang alam-->BOBO!!! :grr:

Ang alam ko 500 plan ay pumalit sa dating 600 plan. available pa din ang plan 300

I didn't have internet access since Sunday kasi my PC was out for repairs. When I got my PC back yesterday, I discovered that I couldn't connect to the net. Tawag ako sa 173, spoke to a rep and found out that there was an issue with the optical lines of PLDT in the east (Cainta, Antipolo area) since Tuesday. Nag-up lang ang network nitong Friday morning.

 

I'm wondering if PLDT will give rebates to their customers for time without service? Four days din yun a.

Wala talagang pag-asa to.

 

2 years ago pa ang "promised upgrade" nila.

 

1mbps daw. Eh 384kbps lang ako hanggang ngayon.

 

Tapos may mga nagbabayad ng 1/3 ng bill ko tapos same speed pa sa akin.

malabo din ung plans dito.. kaasar. may mga users na same lang binabayaran ko pero masmabilis pa ang speed nila.. wtf!

nasira yung DSL ko coz some dumb contractor just pulled out a wire! It took 4 days before I get my DSL repaired just for a mistake! The repair crew should be trained more!

cguro per branch lang naman ang problem. Kasi dito sa laguna walang problema ang pldt dsl connection. Mga once in every 5 months lang nawawalan ng connection then mabilis din na naibabalik agad. Kapag may problem tawag lang ako sa branch namin and within 3 days may dadating na technician nila. Btw, im using the 999 plan with 1mbps connection. So far so good naman.
