willow_boy
Bad trip si Cliff Robinson. Chose a bad time to be suspended. :thumbsdownsmiley: Though it's all water under the bridge, yamot din ako kay Coach Lawrence Frank for not fully utilizing and developing his bench during the first half of the regular season. Palagi na lang 8-man rotation ang ginagamit niya. He hardly goes 10 or 11-man deep in his games. :thumbsdownsmiley: Quote Link to comment
preacher
Sayang si Carter nung last game, lusot na sana Nets for the Eastern Conference. Quote Link to comment

-=xtian=-
I think kulang na lang nila e isang defensive big man saka iimprove yung bench nila. Kaso malabo yata yun kasi ang lalaki ng contract nila Jefferson at Carter. Quote Link to comment
gilgrissom
This is just my personal opinion: Right from the start, I never really liked Vince Carter joining the Nets. I did not see him as the player who can lead the Nets to a Championship. He can sell the tickets, though. I recall that the Nets let go of Kenyon Martin, and Jason Kidd did not like that. And to please him, the Nets signed Carter. Perhaps I'm just biased because the moment VC said that he did not always give his 100% when he was at Toronto, I had lost respect for him. And, my dream for the Nets...trade VC for KG. Just dreaming...! Hehe! Quote Link to comment
clubber_lang
^ That's good for KG and the Nets and bad for McHale. Plus, McHale prefers combo guards! Anyway, Krstic being gone means all they can do now is a first round exit... Quote Link to comment
revi
There are rumors circulating that the Nets would be trading Jason Kidd anytime soon.. Any truth on the matter? I would not be surprised if VC (or even RJ) gets traded.. But Kidd, na-ah.. If the Nets are really looking to trade Kidd, then they should be out of their mind.. He might be aging but he is still a walking triple double just waiting to explode anytime.. Any news on the matter? Quote Link to comment

He might be aging but he is still a walking triple double just waiting to explode anytime.. Any news on the matter? Rod Thorn, Nets GM, has been saying in recent interviews he'll consider all options just to make the Nets a better team, and that includes trading Kidd if he has to. The Nets were underperforming the first 2 months of the season and currently have an 18-20 win-loss record. (Still in first place in the pathetic Atlantic Division.) Plus, Kidd is in the middle of what's turning out to be a bitter and messy divorce. Some are worried that he may lose his focus on the basketball court which, if it becomes reality, will definitely hurt the Nets. Quote Link to comment
clubber_lang
Let's face it, this is probably the last hurrah of Kidd. Things would become worse for him... But I think trading him would be wrong. Try trading VC. That would be much better... Quote Link to comment

There are times (especially in critical moments) when I feel na takot siyang sumaksak sa loob and just settles for jump shots. The Nets should also rid themselves of Jason Collins. :thumbsdownsmiley: This guy should not be in the starting rotation. He is a backup Center at best. Quote Link to comment
