Masasabi ko lang ang pinaka versatile ay Arnis, kasi from weapons to hand to hand and grappling meron na ako. Tinry ko ang kickboxing and boxing pero my opinion kung hindi ka magpo-pro wag na lang. Masyadong tagtag sa katawan. Olympic Wrestling ang gusto kong balikan kasi ito ang pinaka-athletic na ginawa ko. talagang lumabas abs ko dyan! Kendo, my favorite. kasi iba yung mindset na dinedevelop nito especially in practicing the basics.sir mountain, saan meron school ng kendo? sino ang instructor(japanese ba)? Quote Link to comment

Okay naman, wala ako masyado issues sa strikes kasi I have a very very small background in MMA. Yung footwork ang nagpapahirap saken haha. I started with a little bit of TKD then a little bit of all these -/karate, arnis, yawyan, kickboxing/muaythai, boxing & mma.. ngayon ang sarap sarap pala kumain and matulog..
