so...my knees are a problem. i actually dread walking down steps in heels now, because it feels wrong and my knees get creaky. when i run on pavement, i have to slow down and step up onto a sidewalk to avoid shooting pain. i know i'm not supposed to do lunges or squats so to build strength i do leg presses, extensions, and curls instead. but i love to dance and when i do it messes up my knees all over again. augh.

Possible several causes. Poor form, weak abs and back, too much-too soon. Try resting, and then doing exercises to strengthen back and abs. reduce distance and speed while running for the meantime. Slow build up. When running, you can try to suck in your abs then gently release if a side stitch is about to develop.

Must the weak abs and back, since I am working on a better core. I used to have a lot of ankle injuries, which, thankfully is not happening anymore since I've gained strength on my legs, and have better balance and endurance. I blow air out from my tummy when having a side stitch, and it offers temporary relief. I'll run again hopefully later. Thanks. :)

gumagawa ka lang ata ng excuse para sa spa session mo papi eh (gawain ko din yan lolz)

stiffneck from running? malamang kakalingon/habol-tingin sa mga female runners  :P

forgot to include this one: (badly) sprained my right wrist back in 2010

had a mid-air collision during a bball game

pagbagsak ko (landed on my butt), naitukod ko yung kanan kong kamay

the whole wrist was swollen afterwards

nde naman sya nabali (as per xray), and since i was still able to move my fingers (immediately after the fall)

took almost a year to finally heal
