Looks like Canon Phils are hurt by the low prices that Hidalgo shops are selling canon cameras. nabasa ko din to tol.naalala ko ang mga shops natin sa quiaposana hindi naman sila maapektuhan nitomasyado kasing mataas ang benta ng galing sa canon marketing Quote Link to comment

Tsaka ang mura na din ng memory cards sa Hidalgo, at may warranty pa kaya no-match ang mga nasa Malls. Pwera na lang kung maarte yung tao at ayaw pumunta sa Hidalgo. Eh, kahit saan naman may magnanakaw!with warranty? ok yan ah... magkano usually ang difference? san po yung hidalgo? 0_0 Tapat ng Simbahan ng Quiapo.is it a big store? if its not a licensed distributer paano sila nakakakuha? just asking. Malaki ang difference, yung sa aking A710IS, sa Stores sa Malls P24,500, nakuha ko ng P15,000. That was last year pa, ngayon P12,500 na lang. Nope, just your ordinary store, para ngang Hardware store eh! hehehehe!!! Direct Import ang mga stores sa Hidalgo, kaya walang binabayarang TAX. Does the IS (Image Stabilization) really work in them Canon's? In S3 kasi it has a powerful zoom lense of 12x..at that rate, I would really need to hold the camera at almost perfect state as to not blur the image. Yes it does. There is a world of difference when IS is on and when it is off - especially at the telephoto end of the lens. A big help in composition and the actual outcome of the image. Do expect it to have limitations though. In low-light situations, you would still need a tripod especially at the long end of the zoom. Quote Link to comment
