@Leviticus - have you successfully install webcam on linux?

CHEERS!!!

not yet. I remember searching the net a few weeks ago on how to go about this. if I remember right panay mga ubuntuforums ang napapasukan ko pagdating sa webcam on linux and would involve another service other than YM or MSN (or video calls). there were some who asked if pwede gamitin ang Wine but I haven't read the reply of other users.

i use linux since 2001. unang linux na nagamit ko is redhat 5.0 at mandrake 6.0. dati daming driver na kelangan iinstall. pero nag iimproved na sa ngaun. siguro all i can advice is patience. kasi may mga plug ins talaga na hindi nakainstall. pero using linux will make you proud of urself. unique kumabaga. way back 2001 ang pagkakakilala nila sa linux user is high class programmer. hindi nila alam iba dun gusto lang makalibre sa os. im one of them.

sa ngaun im using my laptop run via dual boot. linux mandriva 2007 at xp.

I have worked with the government LGU for 3 years and as per experience, as long as hindi kikita ang mga naka-upo, hindi sila mag-a-adopt.

They will buy closed-sourced software kasi me kickback sila ng 10% para sa executive and 5% for the boys.

Just my opinion.

(violent reactions?)
