All parents should be able to give their children basic necessities (i.e. food clothing shelter education).

 

If a parent is unable to provide any of the following the state should reserve the right to take away custody of the child from parents.

Even were their children to be taken away, what is to prevent these people from making more babies?

For women, there are "injectibles" that will sterilize them for 6 months. For men, you can get a "reversible vasectomy"... not too sure about the exact procedure of that one.

and tax evaders should really be prosecuted at top-speed. biro niyo, automatic kaltas ang worker,

Unfortunately, if they made intelligible tax laws, then about 60% of the BIR would be out of a job, since it seems that one of the requirements for tax laws is that they are next to impossible to understand.

They tried that, been trying to add electronic voting, unfortunately, they are still waiting for their various 'cheat' programs to allow them to manipulate the electronic vote. Maybe we should introduce them to MTC and post a 'quick election' by the various members, just to see how 'trending' or surveys would have worked here.

Without anyone enforcing these though, the laws aren't worth the paper they are written on.

They should amend the law so that anyone who is hit by a motor vehicle 100 meters or less from a pedestrian overpass will be the one held liable for damages. The driver of the vehicle should bear no fault or responsibility and should in fact be able to sue for damages.

 

Government has spent so much money of these overpasses that these jaywalkers will have to be held responsible more.
