Weirdest experience from Globe Broadband.

 

The Story

 

2009 - 2011 Finished the contract with globe, after a a few months laging nawawalan ng connection then totally nawala na, then I frequently called the CS for repair pero hndi pinuntahan.

 

So I decided to terminate the account, but globe told me that I have to pay the previous month balance. But i opt not to pay it kasi sabi ko sa CS na hndi ko naman na consume yon and it is not fair to me.

 

2013, last month I recieved a txt message from globe that I need to settle 2,988.65 sabi ko san nila nakuha ung amount na un, and they said that they will endorse my name sa black list and share it to other institutions.

 

This is very bothering since, kasi never pa akong nasira sa bank with my car loan, motorcycle loan and credit cards.

 

I called globe hotline earlier about my concern at ang sabi ng CS eh nag accumulate lng ung amount from Late Charges starting on March 2012 to May 2013.

 

My question is bakit nag accumulate pa ng interest eh pina terminate ko na ung contract ng 2011. So after 2 years saka nila ako tatakutin and iblackmail just to pay them off?

 

Anyone experienced the same scenario here?

noticed they have a lot of dropped calls that happen during 12 min 20 sec of the call. each call is dropped at that exact time all the time.

 

This is totally true pag naka register ka sa promo ng globe/tm yun meron unlicall and unlitext ,yun sinasabi nilang FAIR USE POLICY daw kuno (applies to prepaid account).pag naka- GLOBE PLAN ka naman tuloy-tuloy naman ang calls, no drop calls (in my experience).

Sa lahat nga problems sa mga Telco natin, be pldt, smart, globe or bayantel: may kasalanan din ang NTC nyan (national telecommunications commission). Ang ntc ang mag dictate at mag regulates sa standards, at penalty kaagad pag Hindi ma meet ang requirements

 

That's because the NTC is in the pockets of the telecoms. Just like the ERC is in the pockets of electric utilities. These companies buy the favorable rulings of these government agencies to rule in their favor, much to the disadvantage of Filipino citizens.

May info po ba kung kelan nagrereset yung FUP sa unli data plans? Kahit kasi naka 4G ang data ko...walang connection parin unless i downgrade ko yung network kung san ako naka register.

 

They limit it to 1GB/ day. Kaya kapag naconsume mo na yung 1GB that day. Sobrang babagal ang connection kahit naka 4G or LTE ka.

usually 12am yan. pero minsan di nagrereset. pag na cap na. 2g ka na. better powersurf na lang since may anti bill shock naman sila para iwas fup mejo mahal nga lang

If that's the case, they should bill you appropriately. 2 GB rates for 2 GB service. Not 4G/LTE rates which you were supposed to get but are no longer getting because you exceeded the cap.

 

Gee you exceed your 1GB cap in a day (or 3GB cap in a month whichever comes first) and all of a sudden you're on 2GB the rest of the month. Ok lang siguro if they bill you 4GB rate for 3 days and 2GB rate for 27 days.

Guys pa off topic naman. Kakakuha ko lang ng line sa globe. Iphone ang kinuha ko. Pwede ko ba i jailbreak yung phone? May ma violate ba ako sa agreement nila? Hindi ko kasi makita sa website nila eh. Thanks!

 

Its over bro. No more warranty once masira phone mo or pwede mong reset yung iPhone to default before you go to customer service nila.
