Yung FAIR USER POLICY parang sa consumer lang applicable. Ang Globe mismo hindi fair. Sabi sa globe store unli pag nag sign up ka tapos makaka receive ka ng data capping bs message. After nun pabagal na ng pabagal yung data.

 

I get it that it is a business. But to advertise something that is not. Unli data na may cap? Dapat sabihin yun ang plan. Data plan- let's say- 3gb cap per month. Then let unli be unli, kung walang unli, fine pero ang sabi unlimited data so let it be, you douches!

Bwisit yung call center nito, araw araw tumatawag sa akin para mag-upgrade sa plan, Pagtinanong mo naman kung bakit ka lilipat sa plan at kung ano yung benefit ng plan over prepaid di naman makasagot at i-hold ka pa. Wala talagang kwentang kausap yung mga agent nito pero sige pa rin ang tawag kahit sabihan mo na hwag nang tumawag. Dapat talaga my Do Not Call law dito katuylad sa US para mabawasan yung mga loko na to

Lately I've been getting the FUP warning that says I've reached my daily usage allowance (10GB). Weird lang kase di naman nagbabago yung activities ko everyday for almost 3 years. I browse about 100 websites + youtube vids pero this week lang ako nakakaexperience ng FUP. Tried calling Globe but I can't get through. Anybody else having this problem?

Plan ko 999 lang na unlimited data pero pag dating ng billing statement ko, more than 5k ang due sa kin. Dahil daw hindi pala ganon ung naka set up na plan sa kin, consumable lang daw ung 999 but I specifically that I wanted super surf or whatever term they use for unlimited data. Miscommunication daw pero pucha, I'm the one paying for the consequence. Still ended up paying 2,500 which I think was B.S.

 

Magaling lang sila mag storbo pag may bago sila na promo. Like ung 300 pesos for 4g pocket wifi inclusive of 1.5 gb per month. Sa bagal ng data nila, walang mararating ung 1.5 gb na un every month

ANG BAGAL NG DSL NILA. KUNG ANO ANO SINASABI NG MGA CUSTOMER SERVICE SA AMIN. IBA IBA PA ANG PALIWANAG. AYAW NAMAN PUMUNTA DITO PARA TINGNAN. GUSTO YATA NILA KAMI MAG AYOS NG SYSTEM NILA. PAULIT ULIT NA SINASABI BAKA SETTINGS NAMIN MALI. SUS BULOK!!!!
