kanya kanyang gamit naman yan eh, for me a cellphone is for txting and calling, not a status symbol. eh to some feel nila maganda impression sakanila pag naka globe sila eh sila yun. as for me since i transfered to sun a year and a half ago ok naman ako. same pa din mga ka txt ko at natatawagan ko. difference lang? cheaper billing ko. kasi na bawasan sa same network texting. =)

and i dont have to deal with all those additional charges by globe. sa SUN pag sinabi plan 350 ka 350 talaga sa billing mo walang dagdag.

sa globe b4 ang dami extra charges, tandaan nila service provider sila we shouldnt have to be the ones paying for dollar exchange , or additional covergae or upgrades. we pay for the time we use calling and texting (b4 nga libre ang text)

Am Globe user for 3 yrs, I have problem with smart before specially customer service, where?? SM City Sta.Mesa, why? I just inquire about the sudden lost of my P300 load after 3 days I loaded, suddednly said customer Service advice me to load again, what a bullshit!!!.

 

I Am not against Smart but am against there Customer service in SM Sta. mesa.

 

Because of that I changes my SIM to Globe. Up to now encounter no complaint against them if there was one, only a minor one, which there Very Helpful Customer Assistant were able to answer.

 

Just a simple inquiry can chnages things a lot of things

smart user ako before, i switched to globe, ok naman, ayaw ko kc sa smart yung uubusin nila load mo sa promo nila ng "choose ur dream", papadalhan ka ng kung ano-ano, worst kung pic messages, whethere you like it or not, once na napadala na syo, automatic kaltas agad sa load mo, di mo nagagamit ng husto load mo, paubos na agad

correct ka po dyan.. but kung ayaw mong mawalan nang load kaagad-agad sa smart, dont subscribe any of their promos.. kahit ba itxt syo na may free logos or tones i2 ay huwag maniwala.. kc once na nagrply ka to have ur free logos or tones, sure n araw-araw yan mayroon kang tones and logos na padadala syo pero kakainin nman ang load mo.. in short wlang kwenta ang salitang free sa smart dahil babayaran mo rin.... nwei smart user pa rin ako til now, na try ko na ang globe pero nagswitch me to smart.. basta hwag mo n lng pansinin ung mga FREE na yan.. :cool:

Yup, i agree. Had the same problem before so i ditched my old SIM. As the old saying goes, there's no such thing as a free lunch (or in this case, a free logo or tone, hehe).

i'm a subscriber of sun, smart and globe. both for corporate and individual accounts. over the yrs all the companies have improve its really just a matter of choice. for highend users (plan 5000 and up) i think smart has a beter service. for plans below 5000 i think globe has a better service. sun?? whatt can you expect? sa mura ng rates paano pa mabibigay ng service na maganda. may refund pa ako dapat from sun amounting to close to 7OOO. 8 months na d parin nila ako ma refund.

I've been a Globe user for 11 years and 10 months already and I've had several arguments with their customer service rep in the past. But I simply cannot give up my line because of the vanity number that I got then which I am still using now.

 

 

Sana nung kaka start pa lang ng smart infinity nag apply ka o switch. free vanity numbers nila. better service pa. i have several infinity lines, pag may kailangan ako, yun account manager pupuntahan ako weder at home in the office or wherever...hehehe. globe platinum supot. lalo na pagdating sa free phones. kailangan takutin mo pa na e cancel bago magbigay ng free. unlike smart sila pa tumatawag.
