I'm not a heavy celphone user so my primary consideration is a good network. Ayoko ng minsan na lang nga ako tatawag, di pa makaka connect. I'm not yet ready to drop Globe for Sun. But I sure hope Sun continues to improve its network para mas maganda ang competition. I think eventually magpa-pantay pantay din ang mga rates ng 3.

but its true. Customer Service of GLOBE really sucks! when they say they'll call you again regarding ur concern, its not true even if u wait for a year.

 

i only want their service is IDD. much affordable that smart. funny to see my phone is Smart Amazing Phone, but Globe is my carrier.

Their customer service and marketing sucks big time! That's the reason I (partially) switched and in the end saved 20-25% of my cellphone bills!

sun rules! it outshined the big companies! kahit si kalbo lang ang nag endorse.. kita mo nga naman!  kaya siguro kalbo ang pinili nila noh! ayan! nag shine tuloy! naliwanagan lahat ng PLATINUM sa kabila at sumanib sa SUN... nag reflect siguro bunbunan ni JR sa mga kalaban! nasilaw sa ganda ng sinag... at sumapi sa SUN!

buti na lang may alternative cellphone service provider.

Feeling kasi ng Globe, we only need to take care of our Platinum subscriber. The rest including the pre-paid and the accounts below 4,999.99 is not worth our effort :grr:

my mom got a globe line for her office phone... platinum...

 

ive repeatedly told her not to... pero maganda daw offer ng globe sa kanila pag corporate account eh... she even got a nokia 9500...

 

im sorry guys... sad to say, i couldnt pull my mom out of the dark side

No problem bro.

 

Tha's what globe has been doing now.

 

They target those that are platinum and potential platinum and give them an offer they can't refuse i.e. Nokia 9500.

 

If you back read the newspaper clippings that was posted here. Which detailed the speech made by Mr. Gerry Abalza, president of Globe Telecoms, you'd see trough their target clearly aiming to the rich who doesn't mind paying top peso for their "quality" service.
