I never really focus on cardio but I feel like I have to since I still have a bit of a belly Bodyweight circuit. Pushups -> Squats (or burpees kung kaya) -> crunches (or planking). you can easily do this at home. For me, I do Saitama's (One Punch Man) workout at home. 100 push-ups, 100 squats, 100 sit-ups (less the 10km run hehe). Quote Link to comment
