Cardio is cardio.

 

You need to achieve at least 70% of your heart rate.

 

So whatevet it is --- as long as you ENJOY ... thats the best and fastest way to do it.

 

I agree. I always enjoyed dancing when I was in my 20s.

 

Now that I'm older, I dance to 10 Zumba songs daily 5x per week.

 

This also serve as a warm-up for the strength training that follows.

The best cardio is the one you enjoy the most. You will have very little to no improvement in your cardio if you don't enjoy it or enjoy pushing your limits.

 

So in short walang tamang sagot. Hehe. Ang importante pa rin ay nagcacardio ka at nag eenjoy.

 

I agree. Pag di kasi enjoy sa activity, magsasawa ka talaga.

My suggestion for a better cardio, jump rope or skipping rope for 3 minutes then rest for 15 seconds then 10 push up , 10 jumping lunges, 10 hip thrust , 10 mountain climbers (10 each legs) then 10 burpees. Repeat the circuit 3 - 4 times

Sounds like a good advice.

But will hv to Google some of these.
