Maybe take fresh fruits or fresh carrot juice, brocolli. After slicing a fruit like orange, kailangan consume agad as Vitamin C loses its nutrients once in contact with oxygen for a prolonged period of time. Vitamin C is probably the most important nutrient yet hard to sustain. Nicotine, caffeine kills vitamin C in our body once in contact. Also sad to say, our body stores fats but not vitamin C so we always need to take in this nutrient daily.

 

Usually colored orange fruits and veggies are good like melon, papaya, oranges and carrots. They boost our immune system.

Boosting your Immune System:

 

1. Diet - eating a well balanced diet will definitely boost your immune system.

2. Exercise - even at work or school this can be done.

3. Alcohol - in moderation can help your body improve circulation.

4. Smoking - definitely one must STOP smoking.

5. Sleep - at least 6-8 hours of sleep is all you need.

6. Hydrate - drinking lots of water or natural fruit juices is good for you.

7. Vitamins - are there to supplement your diet.

8. Supplements - herbal supplements? use at your own risk.

9. Relax - stress can really zap your immune system

10. Sex - is a good way to relax and its quite enjoyable.

colds & cough : pineapple juice (del monte), calamansi juice

with propolis - very effective against cough coz propolis

contains natural anti-biotic. IT REALLY WORKS (SLOWLY BUT SURELY).

in combination with complete rest, vegetables & fruits, plenty of fluids including

water, fruit juices, soda, avoid milk because milk is MUCUS FORMING.
