spookey
Maybe take fresh fruits or fresh carrot juice, brocolli. After slicing a fruit like orange, kailangan consume agad as Vitamin C loses its nutrients once in contact with oxygen for a prolonged period of time. Vitamin C is probably the most important nutrient yet hard to sustain. Nicotine, caffeine kills vitamin C in our body once in contact. Also sad to say, our body stores fats but not vitamin C so we always need to take in this nutrient daily. Usually colored orange fruits and veggies are good like melon, papaya, oranges and carrots. They boost our immune system. Quote Link to comment
