(ascorbic acid)take ako ng centrum.. at least ilang capsule kaya take ko sa fern-c ? i am also taking omega-3.. i've been using fern-c for 3 years already, and surprisingly i haven't catch a cold since i started it i take 500mg caps 2 x a day of the supplement capsule but some friends would take up to 6-8 grams/day of fern-c as immune booster which for me is a little too much... :shocked: Quote Link to comment
