Once in a while, you can take fern-c about 2 times a day if you can't find time to eat fruits. But there is no substitute for sleep.

 

yup sodium ascorbate is good too! but you must have other vitamins and minerals too!

 

Water, Exercise, healthy diet and sleep. for cell regeneration

Tried sleeping eight hours lately? It may sound silly, but when I started the school year by sleeping at least seven hours a day, my health's improved quite a lot. My eyes are whiter and I don't need a long time to recover from the common cold.

I agree, there is no substitute for sleep.
