Pano Ba Paliitin Ang Tyan

wat food ang mganda for diet,last yr kasi nag crash diet ako from 230lbs to 185lbs in 3 months,sobrang weak ng katawan ko and bugnutin,and now gusto ng tamang diet and intake ng food,anong mgandang meals for me..balik ulit ako 200lbs eh,anong food ang maganda for me??

 

mali ko hindi ko na alagaan,sayang diet ko.

DAIRY

INSTANT OATMEAL

EGGS

LEAN MEAT

PEANUT BUTTER

OLIVE OIL

WHOLE GRAINS

PROTEIN POWDER

BERRIES

 

i'd go with that. developing good eating habits is the best gameplan. don't think about weight. that's a load of bullcrap, unless you compete in divisions. (i can lose 11 pounds in one day, and put back 15 the following morning.)

Not enough. You still need some resistance training of some sort

 

ang gawin mo, palu paluin mo nang yantok, parang ung training ni pacquiao, siguradong rock hard abs yan after 1 year

 

Di din. Getting abs boils down to dieting and lowering your bodyfat. What Pac does is conditioning in order for him to take blows

A combination of good cardio workouts and weight training or body-weight resistance.

 

For me, interval training ( running) and circuit training ( whether weights or body weight) works BEST :thumbsupsmiley:

 

Lately, I've also been doing tire-throws and sledgehammer training ( you dont need to be a UFC/Pride fighter to do such things,..HA HA)

 

Make sure you have guidance of experts in fitness if ur new to working out.
