okay ba apple cider?

Yeah it's good aside from dieting madaming gamit, but you hve to careful with this. When you use it you have that feeling na busog ka na but it doesn't mean na hindi k nan kakain. Nileless lang nya yung,cravings mo. But goodluck sa lasa nya. :D

 

P.S.

If you tried drinking/immune ka sa lasa ng biofit/biguerlai (slimming teas) kayang-kaya mo lasa nyan! ;)

i tried it kaya lang i puke, siguro nasobrahan ng amount .

very unpleasant smell , i bought it in makati supermarket, do u think my fake nito?

Nope....alang fake yan lalo na pag sa supermarket mo binili...

 

The taste very unpleasant....dont drink it straight from the bottle...mix it with water or juices...or use as dressing for salads...drinking too much may cause more harm than good...

Allegedly benefits include weight loss....but then again....as mentioned it only causes a feeling of fullness....it doesnt even speed up metabolism like green teas do and releases fats like some of the slimming tabs do....

Kung para naman pampaliit ng tyan? Nope nope nope....kahit isang gallon pa ng apple cider na inumin mo nde liliit tyan mo...hyperacidity pa abot mo pag sumobra....sa ibang health benefits ng apple cider mo nalang gamitin yan....

buti may thread na ganito whew mahaba-habang backread...

 

malaking bagay yung mapaliit ko tyan ko haha badtrip ang hirap kasi mag-diet. lalo rice.nakow.

Kaya yan. Ako 1/2 cup of rice lang pag lunchtime tapos dinner wala na. Kung di kaya iwasan kanin switch to brown or red rice.

many don't make emphasis on the diet - 90% diet 10%workout. Workouts are motivation TO DIET, ayaw mo naman masyang effort mo sa gym kung sisirain mo ng kanin pa more. oh, wait marami pala think that they can "burn" it tomorrow. which will probably will never happen.

Because when people think of Diet, they instantly think of "Crash Diet" and total ban on certain food groups. Kung goal nila is to lose weight, mabilis lang yun, cut ka lang ng kain atsaka galaw galaw ka. 2 months for sure 10-20lbs easy. Pero kung plano nila is to lose weight and KEEP IT OFF, dapat lifestyle change.
