ibig mo sabihin kelangan gusto mo talaga yung crossfit? example lang.

 

kung ibig mo sabihing magpaka health buff as in yun talaga ewan ko... tito ko ganun. dati ang laki niya weights ng weights halos magkasing laki kami. tapos nauso running nagmamarathon na ngayon at payat na payat. parang paiba iba lang ng trip yung mga yun eh. mom ko rin medyo ganun. nastuck lang siya sa badminton pero lahat ng fad diets sinusubukan niya.

 

masipag ako magweights kaya kong paulit ulit compared sa dad ko na mas sporty kaysa sakin. siya mas gusto niya sports talaga. basketball, badminton. d niya kaya mag gym. pero ngayon hindi na puro injury na.

 

wala naman akong bisyo pero these days tinuturuan ko sarili ko magluto ng konti so napapakain ako.

 

 

Hindi naman kelangan crossfit. Dapat lang me consistency at disiplina ka lang lagi sa sarili mo. Kung nagaaral ka magluto, makakatulong yan ng malaki sayo.

 

Ang sinasabi ko lang dito, yung mga guys kasi na aesthetics lang ang motivation ay usually yung mga hindi nakakatagal. Kasi naman ang pagkakaroon ng abs, produkto yan ng consistency and discipline. Mababaw na motivation ang aesthetics para maging disiplinado ka.

 

Iba iba naman ang tao, hence iba iba ang exercise program na pwede magwork sa kanila. Tsaka depende naman yun sa goal mo, lumaki, lumiit, o mas gumanda resistensya. Para sakin, I am all for resistensya. Yung tipo bang kahit 2 oras ka ng overtime sa trabaho mo, feeling mo parang 10 AM pa din ng umaga at di ka hinihingal

regular sit-ups, upon wake up and before going to sleep

 

Situps will only make your midsection firmer, it wont necessarily trim the circumference

Pinakamahirap na yan alisin, kasi, kakapit tlaga katawan mo dyan sa taba na yan as reserbang energy. You can't really spot reduce, you exercise and eat clean, and eventually your body will just be the one to decide which fat deposit to consume, until they are all consumed

 

Problem ko din ito. I workout 3x a week mostly compound lifts lang and isolation work sa arm. I dont want to do cardio naman kasi mas mahirap mag-gain ng muscle pag sinabayan ng intense cardio.

 

Hmmmm Eto opinion ko lang. Its not always about mass, madami dyan malalaki nga at ang bibigat ng nabubuhat pero mataba pa din. Look at swimmers and fighters, di naman sila singlaki ng mga prowrestlers pero mas maganda yung conditioning nila at definition ng muscles. Personally, I prefer low weight but high reps, doesn't exactly give you more size, but in terms of overall physiology and fat loss, it works better for me.

Very true! I was 77 or 78 kilos before I started. Now my weight ranges from 72.5 to 75 kilos lang. It may not seem much weight shreded, pero nabawasan ng husto taba sa pisngi ko at yung bilbil. We always made sure na I did not lose too much weight na hihina naman ako, and not too much na sasakit masyado joints ko sa tuhod at talampakan pag tumatakbo

for me, typical situps, core exercise. Pero kung gusto talaga ng pure weight loss kasama na tummy flabs do outdoor sports like tennis, swimming. No carbo and less meat. Also fiber intake helps cleanse the colon. It's hard for me since I suffer from skin asthma and have to take steroids to combat the asthma.

spot reduction, ie; burning fat in a specific area only like sa tyan lang or sa arms lang etc, is simply not possible because the body does not burn fat that way. just stick with a training regimen of your choice (lifting, running, etc) and stay in a caloric deficit. ive done this time and time again whenever i start my cutting phase. i can typically drop about 30-40lbs in say, 4-5mos and keep most of my lean mass. waist size drops considerably after 4-6 weeks of cutting this way. compute for your basal metabolic rate, and drop it by 300-500 calories, and see how it goes. :D
