Guest airmax
dude just to follow up. ang isa pang nakikita kong drawback dyan. may mga amerikanong hindi confident makipagusap sa ibang nationality. sa call center namin. if our clients requested for an onshore agent. wala kaming choice kung hindi ipasa namin sila sa mga onshore agents sa us. mas kampante sila minsang makipagusap sa mga kalahi nila. they always ask us were are we located. although we cannot say the company name. we just tell them were located off shore. Tsaka accenture is not a cc I believe. Quote Link to comment

Clinks
The reason why they are outsourcing is beacuse the COST is lower here and the QUALITY is at par or higher than what theya re getting onshore In the US or anywhere in North America, a Call Center Agent is not a blue collar job. They are lucky if they can get a college graduate to be an agent. Here, it is a career. You can move up, and you will have better compensation than other industries. That is the reason why they outsource. Quote Link to comment

jammin
:headsetsmiley: Its almost the same with every call center. Here, US and other foreign companies pay less than 1/4 of the salaries of those working the same jobs in the US and abroad. Cheap labor, familiarity with the English language and adapting to the culture are the reasons they set up shop in the country. In this country, its already a social status and where can you find a day job that offers you a starting pay of about 12-13 thou for a fresh grad. Its already becoming a practice for people in this industry to jump from one company to another. AND another note, we're always advsd that we cannot set up any unions or professional organizations that would help people in the industry against abuse and maltreatment due to sexual harassment, unfair labor practices and unpaid benefits. ANYBODY THINKING ABOUT SETTING UP A PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION OF CALL CENTER PROFESSIONALS? THE COMPANIES HAVE CCAP OR SUCH RELATED GROUPS, WHY NOT THE EMPLOYEES WHO TAKE IN THE CALLS AND ALWAYS END UP IN THE CUTTING BLOCK!! Quote Link to comment
orionpax
Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) is a business process/IT consulting company....and they also offer outsourced services (BPO), Employees are either project managers, consultants, specialists & analysts, but its competency is not in the call center business regarding sa accenture... may call center din cla pero mostly abt website development & computer softwares ata concerns nla kaya puro computer programers mga tao nla. d kalakihan sweldo nla pero sobrang galing ng mga employees nla... mejo matindi kc ang screening nla sa pag hire. lahat ng kilala ko dun may mga honors back nung mga college n high school pa cla. ung isa chem eng pa sa uste n best in math nman ung isa ng high school. regarding bond... ok lng un, maganda nman kc ung pamamalakad ng company & madami ding benefits. may chance ka pang padala sa US. may credit card din nga pla cla frm amex ata.<{POST_SNAPBACK}> Quote Link to comment
