If I were Danny Ainge, I would not mortgage the future for a one-year rental. The Jays are projected to be the next Kawhi and Durant. The Jays, Smart, Horford and Hayward plus a bench of Mook, Baynes, Theis plus another good back-up point guard are good enough to challenge the current NBA champions, in my opinion. Kyrie was the one who held this team back from reaching its potential. Kyrie is still the best shot maker in the NBA, in my opinion, but the ball movement when he wasn't there isn't the same as when he was there. This could be the break out year for the Jays. Robert Williams has shown his athleticism and all he needs is playing time and development which Al Horford can help expedite through his mentoring. We don't need Kyrie to go deep in the playoffs and that has already been proven in 2018. The Game 7 in the 2018 ECF could have gone either way

You are always welcome, db. I have learned that being a worry wart is not good for one's health since you can't sleep and you need sleep to be healthy. I think what you want is that there will be no glitches in what you are gonna undertake the next day or in the future, hence, the worrying. Tama ba?

 

Really, what do you watch? I've binge-watched shows up to 3am. News shows are too bright; horror flicks are dark enough but then the screaming wakes you up. Maybe I need to pick awful dramas.

Depends what tickles my fancy but when it's a Netflix series, I can't sleep because parang bitin when you sleep while watching a series. Try watching the Travel Channel. Some shows there are interesting but sometimes creepy.

I've terrible insomnia. If I'm troubled or even slightly bothered by something, I'm up. I've tried so many remedies, from the usual tea-drinking and using a weighted blanket to wrestling a shark/bear/whatever to get tired. It's ridiculous. Last year I started listening to long-winded lectures in bed and that worked for a few weeks. Then I spent three pretty sleepless months before I came upon binaural beats on youtube. Worked for a while, I even started dreaming again. Now I'm back to square one.

I can empathize with you regarding not being able to sleep because of something that worries you but I long ago accepted that I can't change what bothers me if I have no control over it.
