I have never seen nor fired the amrscor made weapons. Is the quality good enough?

Armscor firearms are known abroad for their dependability, quality, and affordability. 80-90% of their production is exported abroad carrying their brand names like Armscor, Rock Island Armory, and STI. they also have joint production agreements with STI and Tanfoglio. i had the opportunity to visit their booth during the Las Vegas Gun Show back in 2001, and they had the second-largest booth in the convention center, next to Smith & Wesson.

for a first time gun, would definitely recommend them, either in the regular 1911 format, or their polymer/steel Tanfoglio APP9 line. as for a rookie, i would recommend starting with a 9mm.....

first of all, M-16s/M-4s are permitted by the new law as long as it is semi-auto only (no more Full auto!). secondly, wala pang official announcement on when yung amnesty. hey, wala pa kasing Implementing Rules and Regulations to govern the new Law, R.A.10591, and the upcoming amnesty.

finally, STAY AWAY FROM UDMC products! quality is hit or miss, with a very big gap in between. they are also more expensive than some of the US brands, like Olympic, DPMS, and Bushmaster. hell, Shooters and Floro make good quality M4s at 20% less.

Gun show is on Nov12-16 daw. you could look at the locally available M4s there.....

Guys recently came across sa website ng UDMC-weapons.com, local manufacturer ng mga baril! Ganda ng mga design! Ngayun naglalaway ako sa mga F-5 PVAR rifle at S7 Sniper rifle nila! Any feedback from them kung maganda ba quality ng mga baril nila? Thanks

quality is spotty and hit and miss. their prices are also more expensive than some other imported brands. Shooters, Floro, and Armscor make cheaper products, with better quality, same with Norinco. Heck, Bushmaster, Olympic, and DPMS are still cheaper than UDMC!

Director Martir (CG PMC, ret.), head of the Government Arsenal, has invited UDMC to place their money where their mouth is and submit their products for testing with the new equipment the GA has, especially their new sniper rifle. more than one year na, and still no reply..........

@ DarkSeed- also try getting a hold of the SR4 book "Storm Front". this supplement has the storyline updates the lead up to the new edition/5th edition, like the Dragon Wars, Atzlan vs. Amazonia, the start of CFD, the fracturing of Denver, etc.
