    there is an upcoming gun amnesty after the election period. and yes, that is the law. if you asked, you would get the answer that FED allows renewal up to six months before expiry, so you would have more than enough time. and you would have no excuse not to have renewed it.

    Find someone who can purchase the gun for you, preferably someone who lives with you.

     

    ilukaok is correct. using said firearm, even in self defense, could result in the very least a manslaughter charge. or worse second degree homicide.

     

    i am currently working on such a case. taga-bantay ng bahay, pinahiram ng amo ang baril niya, nadapa daw pumutok ang baril, may patay.

     

    that guy is facing second degree homicide, even while it was supposedly unintentional.

    dami kaya goons na naka uniforme....sa aming lugar, sila yung nirerespeto/iginagalang mo at gusto mo na nasa side mo.

     

    dito sa mahal kong pilipinas....sila yung iiwasan mo at sigurado na kokotongan ka sa isang panohon kung hindi ngayon.....

     

    wala pa akong nakita naka uniforme na hindi nangongotong.....

     

    isang alas dos ng madaling araw....sabi sa akin nung dalawang naka uniformeng asul sa corner ng pasay road at paseo de rojas... pang gabi daw sila????

    tanong ko...bakit kayo lang ang nakikita ko at wala sa ibag lugar ng makati?

     

    meron ba talagang panggabi na naka asul sa makati? wala namang mga kargada....so hindi sila pulis....sino sila????

     

    there are several explanations to this. first thing, naka uniform sila ng pulis, pero may badge ba sila or ID card lang? kung ID card without badge, then they are probationary police officers pa lang, and thus not issued/could not carry a firearm just yet.

     

    another is Oplan: Lambat Sibat. it targets heavily police visibility, and enforcement. because of the program, policemen- even when assigned to technical fields- are required to join policing units once in awhile. some technical personnel, especially if they are desk bound, are sometimes not issued sidearms because their job requirement does not need it. well that is until this program was started. this would also explain why probationary POs are walking the beat.

     

    then there is the matter about the IRR on the Gun Ban still not around.....

    chances are, you had PTB previously as a child. childhood PTB is quite common in this country, and is usually treated early. its just that it is often referred to as Koch's Infection or Primary Complex, and this is why most people don't realize that this is a childhood form of PTB.

     

    PTB rarely heals by itself and usually spreads over time. and, no, regular antibiotics don't work on PTB. only a few do, and you have to take them as a group over a period of months.

     

    to be safe, bring the Xray to a Pulmonologist and get yourself a true consult. not to demean the xray techs here, but i would rather you see a true MD.

     

    and, bilib ako ha! Xray Tech na marunong magsabi kung ilang taon na ang healed scar! i wonder what the markers are to determine age of the scar tissue without having to do a biopsy? once scar tissue forms, it is usually permanent.
