I'm beginning to lose hope na. ganon talaga bro. ako den naiinis na ako dahil ang bagal lumapad ng chest ko. parang naiwan ng shoulders and back so now concentrate ako sa chest. vary your workout do wide and close grip bench press to hit the outer and inner pecs. try different routines.
