I already establish that their was an employee-employer relationship, using the 4 test. Now, am encountring the following issue, what money claim that I should ask the court. backwages, retirement benefits and others. For computation of claim, retirement paano computation (mula 1979 hanggang 1991 kasi 65yrs na siya cumplosary retirement) or (mula 1979 hanggang ngayon na 77yrs na siya) which is which???? Is it advisable na magstart ako sa computation hanggang 1940 na tenant worker siya o mula 1979 na naging caretaker siya. To my opion dapat start ng 1979 hanggang 1991(65yrs) lang dahil, noon 1940 hanggang 1979 eh nabayaran na sila ni landlord kaya lang si tatang ay di tinangap yon bayad kaya waive na yon right na yon or either prescribe na yon right ni tatang. or magkakaroon ng double compensation. DDR is better than SDR there are motherboards that still have SD memory slots... yup also for P4 boards highest MB for SD is 512... i think... Quote Link to comment

P.s. magiging MTC lawyer din ako malapit na. na hahanap di ako ng work maski taga zerox ng scra Civilcode: mukhang complicated kaso mo ah... anyway tanung ko.... may written contract ba na your client became an employee after being a Tenant? the bottom line is what is more favorable to your client.. at defensible... yun ang i pursue mo.. the more benefits your client gets the better... and the sooner he gets it.. the best... adopt a legal strategy... madami pa kasing tanung dapat na itatanung sayo para mabigyan ka ng advise how to do it.. kaya lang mas maganda may supervising attorney ka para may mag aalaga sayo... Guest Posted February 3, 2003 Share Posted February 3, 2003 I had this problem with my IE. Every time na iopen ko yung ie it always goes to this particular home page. Kahit i set ko sa About Blank yung default page it keeps coming back. And Everytime may isang pop out window na lumalabas. Any body can give a help on this.... yung Xupiter homepage ba yung lumalabas? o random ad sites? kung Xupiter, Its a toolbar plugin sa IE...and I read its veeery annoying and hard to remove (for now at least), because it reinstalls itself if you don't delete all its files and registry settings. kung random ad sites lang, should be much easier to detect. just check your add/remove program lists, clear cache/cookies, or even try to disable scripting for a while to check. hope this helps....If its Xupiter- its one annoying plug-in to IE browser. You won't be able to remove this in the Add/Remove command in the Control Panel. You have to use brute force in deleting its folder in the Program Files folder. However, you won't be able to delete XTUpdate.dll file. Just leave it that way. Also remove it from the toolbar by unchecking it in the Views>Toolbars Menu in IE. This is what I did with my PC and it never bothered me again. Just be attentive enough every time you surf the net coz every once in a while some bots/malicious softwares would try to prompt you to install something that you don't need and want.
