Dang.. Vitor is clearly finished.. choked out by Alistair???

yap hes done... he's a BJJ blackbelt submitted by a kickboxer... although overeem also trains BJJ but i dont think hes much better on the ground against belfort... di ko alam kung bakit sya na submit ng ganun, eh kickboxing talaga ang game ni overeem

Joke/M16: thanks for the judo info

Say UFC yesterday over at WOWOW. Didn't finish the fight but I'm pretty sure Belfort lost to Ortiz. Belfort had some decent strikes but lost out to Ortiz due to the better conditioning of Ortiz. Belfor was really tired and couldn't stop the take downs. Didn't watch the last 40 seconds so unless Belfort did something miraculous I think Ortiz won.

Interesting becasue it was the last fight of Ortiz under a UFC contract.

yep. its embarassing for a grappler to lose on the ground against a stiriker. on the other hand, its embarassing for a striker to lose against a grappler by KO.

ganun talaga buhay bro, swertehan lang... remember the fight of randleman (wrestler) against cro-cop (kickboxing)... cro-cop, was KO by a grappler, lucky punch hehehe... eh kinatatakutan pa naman yun si mirco kahit nung nasa K-1 pa sya...

rematch naman nila crocop submitted randleman by guilottine choke. MMA today is different parang "WHO IS THE BETTER FIGHTER" Unlike 1993 you will really see STYLE VS. STYLE.

correct!!! multi-dimensional fighters na talaga ngayon... strikers marunong na ng grappling and vice-versa... cro-cop is training under fabricio werdum a BJJ blackbelt... kaya nga wala sa style yan eh, nasa fighter yan kung how well rounded sya...
