The PET will render their decision based on the actual votes of both parties. They don't need to say that there is cheating because you don't have to be a rocket scientist to deduce that there was cheating. Only people who are clueless about wet ballots and ballots soaked in chemicals will say that there wasn't any cheating.

MUNICIPAL TREASURERS NG CAMSUR PINAGPALIWANAG NA NG PET DAHIL SA BASA AT SIRANG MGA BALOTA

Pinagpaliwanag ngayon ng PET ang ilang municipal treasurers ng Camarines Sur kung bakit may mga basa at sirang balota sa loob ng ballot boxes habang ang mga ito ay nasa kanilang custody o pangangalaga.

Pinagpaliwanag ng PET ang mga municipal treasurers ng Bato, Sagñay, Garchitorena at Ocampo sa loob ng 10 araw mula ng pagkatanggap ng Notice ng PET.

Sa nasabing Notice ng PET, nakalista ang ilang Incident Reports mula April 2 hanggang April 17 tungkol sa mga basa o maduming mga balota sa loob ng ballot boxes.

Ibig sabihin, partial lamang ang ipinalabas ng PET na kautusang magpaliwanag. Ang mga Incident Reports na naitala simula April 18 hanggang ngayon sa mga ballot boxes mula sa Buhi, Canaman, Milaor, Sipocot at iba pa ay hindi pa natalakay ng PET.

Ayon sa Incident Reports, ang ilang ballot boxes ay binuksang muli matapos ito sinilyuhan. Ang isang ballot box mula sa Sagñay ay binuksang muli at hindi na ibinalik ang nasirang security seal. Basa ang mga lamang balota. Ito ay palatandaan ng post-election tampering ng mga laman ng ballot box.

Ito ang kauna-unahang pagkakataon na kinumpirma mismo ng PET ang mga basa at maduming mga balota na nakita sa maraming ballot boxes mula sa Camarines Sur.

Ayon sa PET, sa mga presintong basa ang mga balota, ang decrypted ballot images ang gagamitin sa revision. Gagawin ito matapos marebisa ang lahat ng hindi basang balota sa Camarines Sur. Sa puntong ito, maaring kontrahin ang paggamit ng decrypted ballot images dahil nga tinamper na rin ito ng Comelec at Smartmatic sa pamamagitan ng paglagay ng square overlays sa mga boto ng botante. Dapat ay ipawalangbisa na ang resulta sa mga presintong ito dahil hindi na mababasa ang mga balota at hindi na rin mapagkatiwalaan ang decrypted ballot images.

Sa House of Representatives Electoral Tribunal (HRET) naman, may mga basa at madumi ring mga balota mula sa Naga City, baluwarte ni Robredo. Ito ay natuklasan sa revision proceedings na isinagawa ng HRET sa protesta ni dating Rep. Luis Villafuerte laban sa nakaupong si Rep. Gabriel Bordado, bata-bata ni Leni Robredo. Ang mga balotang ito ay saklaw sa protesta ni BBM laban kay Robredo.

More or less, 1 sa bawat 3 ballot boxes sa Camarines Sur ang walang voter receipts. Marami pang ballot boxes ang walang Election Returns at wala rin ang Minutes of Voting. Habang sa bayan ng Milaor, at least 3 ballot boxes ang naglalaman ng election materials mula sa ibang presinto o ballot boxes. Ito ay nangangahulugan lamang na binuksan ang mga ballot boxes na ito at kinuha o tinamper ang mga laman matapos ang halalan.

Tapos na ang pagrebisa sa lahat ng ballot boxes mula sa 24 bayan sa Camarines Sur. Ang mga bayan ng Ragay, Goa at Cabusao ang kasalukuyang nirerebisa ng PET ngayon. May natitira pang 11 na bayan at siyudad na rerebisahin.

It is interesting to note na sa bayan ng Ragay, at least may 1 presinto mula rito ang nagtransmit ng resulta 1 araw bago magbukas ang mga presinto para sa halalan (May 8, 2016 at 8:40AM). Malinaw ang ebidensiya nito mula sa system log na nakita ni Sen. Sotto at pinagbasehan ng kanyang privileged speech noong Marso. Nakatakdang mag-imbestiga ang Senado sa privileged speech ni Sen. Sotto sa susunod na linggo.

Finally, nagsimula ang retrieval o pagkolekta ng mga ballot boxes sa Iloilo ngayong araw. 2,740 ballot boxes ang kokolektahin ng PE

You don't even know the real reason why the PET allowed the request of your fake vice president. You have an internet connection. Use it wisely and not just say that the PET sided with the faker.
