May iba pa diyan projecting intelihente pero hihingi pa ng proof ... Kung nakasaksi ka na daw ng corrupt na pulis....yun nangongotong.

 

Hay nako po hindi ko alam kung matatawa na lang ako sa katangahan dahil shunga at walang kamuwang-muwang sa realidad o maawa ako sa kahibangan.

And considering what already happened, the president could have accepted it as a constructive criticism instead considering where santiago is coming from since he is talking about his submitted recommendation to the president (which he already submitted ang pending approval) to construct smaller community based drug center. Obviously santiago was explaining why there should be a shift and why the mega drug rehab center didn't work. Instead duterte was pist because he felt insulted by his actions. Nasa live tv yun tao, wala naman sigurong masamang tinapay na sinagot niya yon based sa kanyang saloobin/opinion. Alangan naman sabihin niya sandali lang ha di ko muna sasagutin kailangan muna magusap kami ni lodi petmalu and see if ok lang sa kanya i-disclose ko itong tunay na saloobin ko bakit ganito ang bago kong proposal sa kanya. Ang akin sige kung nadulas si santiago dapat bang sibakin kung tama naman ang recommendation at maayos naman magtrabaho? Aba'y ilang beses na natin nasaksihan nadulas din ang presidente sa kanyang candidness in front of the media pagkatapos yun kanyang alipores ang con todo explain/palusot para sa kanya. Did he ever considered firing himself/resigning for "misbehaving".

 

From the looks of it its nasaktan lang ego niya considering lodi petmalu also fired santiago's predecessor because he refuted duterte's claim that there were about 4m drug dependents wherein based on the agency's records it says it only around half of that. May attitude problem...lol

 

Eto na nga ba ang inaasahan kong "palusot" ... Hindi naman pera ng gobyerno nagamit. Well hindi nga pera ng gobyerno ginastos yes but note that the government has limited resources as well thus any resources that comes its way like a donation should also be use efficiently otherwise it still is considered as a waste of government resources. In other words gobyerno ang nagiidentify ng project na popondohan o idodonate ng donor. So use the donation wisely ika nga at wag sayangin.

Siya pa ren ang President for the next 4 years and kahet tumale talembang pa, sabihin na nila ang lahat, siya pa rin ang President and he will call ANY man to help him according to his confidence.

 

Same as with private sector, Managers would only stay by only the trust and confidence ng me ari ng company

 

I dont wanna be to political, so thats my take here.

 

As for me, I am glad he is my President for the next 4 years. It is not good in the system esp to the skin to be bitter and angry. Hehe.

i guess nakita mo na yung video regarding bakit nagalit si Digong kay Santiago kya ito sinibak... as appointee he/she talks to the president directly kung may problema kaya nga appointee para magbigay ng recommendation not critisismo.. parang binigyan mo ng trabaho para magisip ng solution eh ang ginagawa gumagawa pa ng problema. kya kung may recommendation ka wait for it... nakatayo na yung mega center bago pa man sya na appoint.

 

i dont know your logic na sinayang or waste of government resources its now being used so anong sinayang doon? ito yung mga sample wasted projects

When Santiago said that DU30 became "excited" with the mega rehab center and it was a "mistake", alam ko may paglalagyan na siya. I know he only gave his opinion, but thru media which is a big mistake. He should have give a safer answer and said "it will be much better sana if there will be another rehab center sa bandang south naman, pare mas malapit sa mga families ng drug dependent sa southern area, or much better if may mga maliliit na rehab center in each area, pero since donated naman, okay na din."

Now, for DU30 as president, so far i could say better than past presidents. First, we have the 8888 where we could complain against goverment services, goverment employees etc. Dati, kung suplada ung mga taga SSS wala kang magagawa kundi sumunod sa kanila. E ngayon? Mas natatakot na sila. Second. Mga ni gift policy ni Digong, some goverment agencies I know doesnt accept gifts and cash donations anymore. Hindi tulad dati, garapalan kung humingi. Same people and same agency, nagbibigay kami ng bigas and groceries nung pasko hindi tinanggap, dahil sa NO GIFT POLICY. Samantalang 2 years ago puro solicitation letter natatanggap namin. Third. Nga infrastructure na pinapatayo ng gobyerno, it will be very helpful for each Filipino.

Now his problem. Sabi niya aayusin niya ang internet natin. Parang wala na nangyari a. Nakalimutan ba or what? Should Jack Ma remind him again? Next, mga appointees niya, pwede ba, ung may utak naman please. Depatment of Labor and Employment, DOLE Philippines na logo nilagay? WTF. Kahit ipakita mo sa barbero sa kanto alam niya na logo ng pineapple juice yan, sila pa na nasa posisyon? Tapos flag ng China nilagay flag ng Taiwan? Nagiging comedy e. And pwede ba mag usap usap minsan mga appointees niya, iba ang statement ng isa iba ang press realease ng isa. Tapos the info that they are feeding the president, mali mali din. And sana hindi puro drugs ang bukambibig ng presidente. There are other issues that need to focus too. Drugs in this country is alarming, but some other issues as well. Im sure marami pang pros and cons, but for me eto lanv muna.

Yes kung hindi mautilize as originally planned and not to the desired capacity levels then wasted resources because hindi napakinabangan batay sa original objective kung bakit talaga itinayo yun. That is the proper/professional way to evaluate a the effectiveness of a project even in the corporate world. May KRA ka at binigyan ka ng resources to achieve your goals pag hindi no nakuha o lumihis ka then obviously you didn't meet your kra. Para lang yan isang ahente humingi ng sasakyan kay boss kasi kailangan daw niya to generate sales sa produktong binebenta nila. Si boss na excite naman so bumili ng kotse para sa ahente. Unfortunately hindi nakapagdeliver yun ahente nun sales target niya batay sa pinoproject niyang figures. So pagreport ni ahente ano sasabihin niya kay boss kapag hinihingan na siya ng production/revenues report? Ganito ba katanggap-tanggap kay boss ..... Eh sir hindi pala kotse kailanganko to generate the sales that i promised kasi yun kailangan kong suyurin eh mga palengke at maliliit na stalls. Since kotse dala ko nauubos oras ko sa kahahanap ng parking dapat ho pala motorcycle na lang. Pero hindi bale yun kotse ho gawin na lang nating taxi unit o pang uber para di masayang at mapakinabangan. Pwede rin ho gamitin ninyo pag coding kayo. Lol ... May ibang use naman di ba at di masasayang?

 

Alam naman natin pare-pareho para sa kampanya sa droga ang project na ito at yun mga pinagsasabi ng spokesman palusot na lang yan ...trying to rationalized a failed project by converting it to something else. Kung kailangan ng office space at military housing eh di sana from the very start yun ang identified project for the donation. The mere fact that they are already citing other possible uses for the rehab center shows their confidence level as to how they will be able to fully maximize its utilization as originally planned.

 

Then what now, magpapatayo na naman ng ibang rehab centers, panibagong budget na naman??? Money which could have been better allocated to other priority project given our limited resources.

Give us 10 drug rehabilitation specialist, quite sure most of them will have different assessment. Santiago could be wrong, ang sabi nya dapat mas malapit sa area nung drug dependents? Dyan mismo sa accessability nung dependent sa area kung saan naging addicted sya dyan din mismo mas madaling ma temp na bumalik sa ka bisyu. Ask medical specialist ang unang addvice nila sa mga bagong labas sa rehab, it's better na wag sa mga group of friends nila dati and sa area where saan sila na sama sa bisyo nung droga.
