running!! tsaka dance dance revolution...kapagud yun, pagpapawisan ka talaga

 

running??? a leisure walk will do... the same distance you ran and the distance you walked burns the same calorie... also walking marami ka pa makikita...

 

and discipline to the food intake you are taking... avoiding fatty and salty foods...not totally avoiding but make it to the minimum...

 

i myself has difficulties defore...\

vegies + meat

rice(or carbs) + meat (or protein)

 

***expect some side effects like; nanghihina, bloated, slight head aches - these are

normal because it means that your body undergoing detoxification.

(i've tried this - lost at least 5 pounds in a month, just do it religiously)

believe it or not, i have been taking Healthy Option's Green Tea Tablets. as advertised, it is supposed to increase one's thermogenesis by 48% naturally.

 

since i am on my cutting stage now, i lost 5 pounds already for the last two weeks. From 182 pounds down to 177 pounds. I'm 5'8". I still plan to take this supplement for another month, until I reach around 170-172 pounds.

 

syempre, i also watch my diet. 1/4 cup of rice lang at dinner time, 1 cup at breakfast and 1 cup at lunch. vegetables and almost all grilled ang ulam. somehow i can say, it worked.

about a month ago I weighed at a hefty 193lbs. I felt depressed with the way I looked so I decided to do something about it. I stopped eating rice, sweets, snacks, quit drinking softdrinks and basically stayed away from any processed foods and foods containing sugar. It was tough at first but I got used to it quickly and my body happily adapted.

I lost about 10 lbs. on the first week and about 3 lbs / week thereafter. The reason for the slow weight loss in the succeeding weeks was bec. I allowed myself a"cheat day" wherein I ate anything I wanted once a week (usually on saturdays).

This morning I weighed in at 170 lbs! That's 23 lbs lighter without breaking a sweat! My ideal weight for my height (68in.) is about 153 ( that's in accordance with the body mass index calc) personally I think that would make me look scrawny so I think i'll settle for 160 lbs.

I've also noticed that I don't catch my breath anymore when I'm climbing the stairs and I don't get sleepy after lunch, not to mention I now have all this energy to spare.

Congratulations on your success, vukmeister! It just goes to show that when you really put your mind to it, you'll accomplish your weight loss goals. Allowing yourself an "off" day every week is also a great way of preventing yourself from binging. Yours is an inspiring story, worthy of emulation.

Naku Doc eyes, don't fall into that trap! I can pretty much say that I've already tried every diet in existence, including the cabbage soup which became popular in the late 80's, and all i can say is.. IT TASTES LIKE CRAP!!! True you'll loose weight fast but it's so temporary bec. you'll get tired of it so quickly that you'll start craving for real food in about a week! Now what I did, (pls. refer to my post above) Is just getting rid of the food that we are not supposed to be eating anyway, so bec. I'm not eating all these extra sugar and carbs ( which by the way takes less calories to metabolize) I've created a calorie deficit without starving myself so the end result is unavoidable weight loss.

yeah that's right and in addition to that, when i'm really hungry na and hindi pa meal time, i drink water.. if di nyo kaya yung plain water lang, you can always opt for that flavored water.. yung Summit Clear na flavored water, caffeine free & sugar free.. as in recommended sya for those who need replenishments pero may sinusunod na diet.

No carbs is very effective for me. I also drink lots of water plus yun green tea capsules.. kase I don't drink tea eh. :P

 

Lots of cardio exercise of course. Di na ko diet ngayon pero I keep on losing weight pa rin... I try to control my weight though, pag bumaba na sa ideal weight ko, lalantak ako ng pagkain nyan.. nyek.. napaka-unhealthy ba? Ayoko naman kseng pumayat ng sobra, hindi na bagay sa face ko.

san nakakabili ng green tea capsules? how much?

 

ang pinaka-effective na diet na na-try ko ung no food after six with taebo... sobrang bilis un nga lang nagka-hyperacidity ako :(
