i doubt yung protesta ni gen. rongavilla will have results, im sure money will talk. sad to say, we have to brace ourselves dahil sigurado next year, increase nanaman taxes at fees sa munisipyo...

 

 

Naku tamang tama ka! Yan ang kinatatakot ng lahat. With Tomas at the helm together with his wife and Aldrin, malamang wala nang mangyari sa Muntinlupa. Bwisit kasi kung bakit kasi nakikialam pa ang mga religious institutions. Akala mo mga super linis ng mga yan. With all na naririnig ko sa mga jeep at bus contra Aldrin, nanalo pa rin!

Ang bilis ng pagkabalingbing parang si Pacquiao! Tinalo pa si Pacman! Tumingala kayo sa SLEX muntinlupa side at tingnan ang pagkamahal mahal na tarpaulin proclaiming Aldrin congratulating Pres. NoyNoy. Ang laki laki! Siguro natakot silang mag ama (si Tomas) dahil si NoyNoy ang DILG chief ngayon. Pagkatapos nilang tirahin ang liberal candidate dito through bayaran sa INC local chapter.

Belmonte completes three terms as QC Mayor with flying colors.

 

Mathay left it bankrupt and in serious debt. Belmonte brought it back into breakeven by the first term and the city treasury is rich by the second and third terms.

I voted Herbert Bautista (the only artista I'd vote for). I hope Bistek will do his best and keep QC flying high

 

I do not disagree that the city's coffers grew during SB's time but what is pathetic is that it is now again empty. I hear from very reliable sources that SB left only enough to cover operations of city hall until end of the year and to pay for his projects.

 

Where did the rest of the money go? Now that is the big question...maybe people should check with Real Bank.

 

As for Bistek being serious about doing his job, well, if he will be as serious about it as he is about making money, then good for the city and it's residents. From what I hear, he's demanded an increased SOP from 12% to 17%.

 

BTW, one of the first things that Bistek has done is bring back the former City Building Official Macapugay, the guy from the infamous Ozone Disoc tragedy.

Mayors Binay fil et pere and their MAPSA bandits have a wonderful collection system going on in Makati, the yellowshirts don't really give a flying f#&k about the traffic (in general mind you, some are helpful while most just stand around looking for ways to extort money from various vehicles) but I just discovered to my dismay that they have an "anti-counterflow parking" act as a violation in which they tow your vehicle because it is parked in an attitude of counterflow (how can a parked vehicle, in a proper parking space, that you pay the MAPA boys 40 bucks for 2 hours be considered as counterflow?) oh and to make things better, these jerks don't just tow your vehicle, they really just jam their chains all over causing scratches and little dents on the vehicle and at the same time rub your tires raw (since you probably engaged the parking brake) while towing it to their compound.

Hindi preventive suspension kay Aldrin...........ang tatay niyang buwaya na si Tomas ang parang naka house arrest. Pati si Simundac. Yes, news blackout nga. Di mo napansin, wala nang nangyayari at action sa ating siudad? Tahimik lahat. Ang gumagalaw na public service na lang sa atin ay yung basura at libreng tubig. Parang wala nang pera ang city hall. Ang daming tinanggal pati mga walang pakinabang na traffic enforcers. Pero tuloy tuloy pa rin ang kotongan sa mga bus. Tumayo ka lang sa harap ng Metropolis, sa south side na papasok kaapg 4pm onwards, nandun na mga bataan ni Tomas umaakyat sa bus papasok Metropolis, nangongotong! Pati mga jeepney stops, naka hubad sando, puro tatoo at ang babaho, mga kotongero ng mga pulis at Tomas.

Wake up Mayor Fred Lim...you didn't get elected just to eat at President Restaurant in Ongpin....Do you even notice how anarchaic the streets in Manila are when you go to Ongpin??? Motorcycles, pedicabs, and calesas couldn't care less about obeying traffic rules....They just go on against the flow of traffic on one way streets like the own the whole city. Worse off most policemen are doing the exact same thing even when they are not in emergency situations....Vendors are occupying sidewalks so pedestrians are forced to share the roads with cars...Jeepneys are loading and loading passengers when and where they please and some of them are turning Manila streets into their own private terminals....and most of these jeeps drive around at night without headlights.....Some private cars are turning Manila streets into their own private parking lots as well.....Double parking their shiny brand new vehicles on the streets and going to the numerous restaurants in Salazar and Gandara street to have their meals even when they are causing traffic already....If you guys are too cheap to pay for parking then don't buy a car, ok??? and what are the so called "LAW ENFORCERS" doing??? if they are breaking the laws themselves, they are busy collecting bribes and fattening their pockets while all these mess are happening under their noses.......

Dirty Manila na lang. Mga barkers na nag papa load ng passengers sa NO LOADING UNLOADING ZONES! Sa harap ng NBI, ang lalaki ng signages, NO PARKING! Sa mismong ibaba ng Manila City Hall, puro violations, daming illegal vendors, walang disiplinang pulis. Mga kotongan sa Recto, Sta, Cruz at Quiapo. Mga pinag utos nuong bago pang mayor si Lim na dapat nasa gilid vendors sa Quiapo ngayon okupado na buong Carriedo, Evangelista.........hanggang magawi ka sa corner ng Pedro Gil at Taft na natatandaan ko sa interview kay TANDA ng DZMM, paaalisin niya vendors duon at hinarangan pa! Ngayon nawala ang harang, nandun pa vendors. Laki na siguro kinikita nila ni Vice Mayor sa mga kotong ng mga barkers, no? And the list goes on.................................................Pareho lang pala kayo ni Bulaklakin!
