photographer
madalas ng post ko galit ako sa congressman namin...pero today I must admit yung pagpapatayo niya ng bagong school building dito sa barangay namin is highly commendable...yung barangay elementary school namin has been upgraded ngayon may high school na...wala akong pakialam kung magkano commission niya sa contractors for the new school building basta ang alam ko maraming matutulungang pamilya yung bagong high school this side of Manda. :thumbsupsmiley: :thumbsupsmiley: :thumbsupsmiley: ================================================= Problem is,,,di trabaho ng congressman ang pag aayos ng projects. Now.......back to topic.....back to the mayors............. Quote Link to comment
cocoy0
Quote Link to comment

Now.......back to topic.....back to the mayors............. you mean administrative/local executive? kasama dun sa pagpapatayo ng bagong school building ang pagpapapasa ng batas para maging high school ang barangay elementary school...trabaho ng congressman ang pagpasa ng batas and yun ginawa niya...it will all be useless without the infrastructure project. In any case kaya naisasama ko sa thread na ito yung congresman namin is that parang tag-team sila ng mayor namin...overlapping yung functions nila dito sa manda (it seems most of the time) at yun nagpapalitan lang naman sila ng mayor namin ng pwesto...kaya nga nung naging mayor namin yung congressman namin akala niya pork barrel pa din yung coffers ng city hall - ayun inubos. :thumbsdownsmiley: :thumbsdownsmiley: :thumbsdownsmiley: Edited March 27, 2010 by Qui-Gon Jinn Quote Link to comment

Guest megalodon
I'd take Fred Lim over Lito Atienza anytime. Quote Link to comment
Bryan64
:thumbsdownsmiley: Quote Link to comment
plush
sa amin, simula pag upo ng mayor walang patid ang projects, kahit mabaon sa utang sa bangko ang city...kelangan makabawi agad e :thumbsdownsmiley: a lot of people in our place are silently dismayed bythe present mayor. i just hope na natuto na mga tao dito samin andwill not b swayed by money. lalo na ngayon n mas dumami pera niya... sya incumbent mayor e... Ako naman ay satisfied sa kanya. As compared sa dating mayor who had served for 3 terms na wala halos maramdaman sa ginawa. bout the traffic situation, nramdaman ko lng yan sa my SM area. New constructions... ung sa alabang pag napadaan ako. ganda na tingnan. the overpass helps in easing the traffic situation.. naalala ko pa nung bata ako sobra traffic at dumi tingnan ng area na un. ung charges, feel ko politically motivated since ang petitioner is the nephew of the former mayor.. ung tungkol naman sa corruption i have no first hand information so ndi ko msasagot un. All in all im satisfied. Quote Link to comment
remoteworld
I'd take Fred Lim over Lito Atienza anytime.it seems the erection of expensive lightposts will never end. it's one thing atienza started and lim is happily continuing. this extravagant 'lightposts erection' fever has spread to naga and other provincial capitals Quote Link to comment
plush
Asus! Biglang nabuhay ang mayor namin dito muntinlupa. Biglang daming pang squatter, este, masang projects, libreng tubig, libre gupit, ek ek! Nuong nangangampanya pa siya dati, ganito rin projects, tapos tatlong taong nawala at pinaubaya sa tatay niya, now, may mga projects na naman! yung libre gupit ata is a project nung tumatakbong asawa ng isang councilor and not the mayor. yung libre tubig has been the mayor's project since councilor days ata and its a continuing service. All in all im satisfied. Take a look sa ilalim ng viaduct......mas lalo kapag 6pm onwards na. Constructions are mostly done by the National Government. I did supported the present mayor and voted for him but...........everything changed afterwards. Public works? Ok sana kaya lang with all the commissions ng kanyang father, nabaon sa utang ang siyudad. Sayang. Am one of the fans ng present mayor. Sayang na sayang. Sana naman matuto na kung sino man ang pumalit, just in case matalo ang nakaupong mayor. About the gupit, I stand corrected. The water supply? Natigil yung maraming dumadaan. Ramdam eh. Unlike when he was vice-mayor, naku, ke dami. Now, election time, dumami na naman. Siguro nga ganun, I campaigned for him in the past. Now.....well................ Quote Link to comment
Guest megalodon
Mayor's Alfred Romualdez. No question, the guy's good for the city. He will win by a major landslide.I would take it that you're from Tacloban madame. Quote Link to comment
BrokenArrow
Quote Link to comment
