madalas ng post ko galit ako sa congressman namin...pero today I must admit yung pagpapatayo niya ng bagong school building dito sa barangay namin is highly commendable...yung barangay elementary school namin has been upgraded ngayon may high school na...wala akong pakialam kung magkano commission niya sa contractors for the new school building basta ang alam ko maraming matutulungang pamilya yung bagong high school this side of Manda. :thumbsupsmiley: :thumbsupsmiley: :thumbsupsmiley:

New constructions... ung sa alabang pag napadaan ako. ganda na tingnan. the overpass helps in easing the traffic situation.. naalala ko pa nung bata ako sobra traffic at dumi tingnan ng area na un. ung charges, feel ko politically motivated since ang petitioner is the nephew of the former mayor.. ung tungkol naman sa corruption i have no first hand information so ndi ko msasagot un. All in all im satisfied.

yung libre gupit ata is a project nung tumatakbong asawa ng isang councilor and not the mayor. yung libre tubig has been the mayor's project since councilor days ata and its a continuing service.

Take a look sa ilalim ng viaduct......mas lalo kapag 6pm onwards na. Constructions are mostly done by the National Government. I did supported the present mayor and voted for him but...........everything changed afterwards. Public works? Ok sana kaya lang with all the commissions ng kanyang father, nabaon sa utang ang siyudad. Sayang. Am one of the fans ng present mayor. Sayang na sayang. Sana naman matuto na kung sino man ang pumalit, just in case matalo ang nakaupong mayor.

 

About the gupit, I stand corrected. The water supply? Natigil yung maraming dumadaan. Ramdam eh. Unlike when he was vice-mayor, naku, ke dami. Now, election time, dumami na naman. Siguro nga ganun, I campaigned for him in the past. Now.....well................

Will vote for Mayor Lim..Opening up Avenida again to traffic cut the Tayuman-Manila City Hall travel time from 1 hour to just around 15-20 minutes..drainage improvement in our area made it less likely to flood during the rainy season..

Hahaha i have to agree with you on this one. . . sure may tubig siya since councilor siya. but thats tax payer's money! at sa taas ng increases sa tax d2 sa muntinlupa ( wherever it went, i dont know), dapat di lang tubig ang binibigay nila sa tao. and one misconception, the pedestrian fyovers ba un?... those are MMDA projects, not his. nafacelift naman nya ang muntinlpa, puro construction. laki kickback e, ang mga dating truck nila, mga luxury cars na! a good 1 term for them...

in all the meetings ni aldrin, he never did answer CONCLUSIVELY the reason for the 2.5Billion loan sa landbank in 2 years!... 2 years pa lang yun a! quota na agad!hehehe all resolutions for the loans are for projects daw. the question is, where did the regular budget coming from taxes and fees go? considering na ang amilyar 200% ang increase at lahat ng fees sa munisipyo X3 ata.... hmmmm....

 

ito ang nakita kong mali ni JRF. di kasi sya ma PR unlike ni ASP.

 

many informations are going out right now and people will say na politically motivated. maybe. but all these accusssations were brought up legally and filed. but alam mo nman ang ombudsman at hustisya satin, justice can really be bought. if justice is denied, an option will be public awareness na lang. and hope na we are wise enough to discern. . .

good for you if your satisfied. just expect na pati mga anak mo nagbabayad pa din ng utang ng muntinlupa.

 

no question about it, galing talaga ng PR campaign ni ASP. bawat gawa, napakalaking tarp agad nakakalat. jan nagkulang tlga si JRF. pero hindi porke di mo alam or di mo nakikita or di ka directly affected, walang nagawa. do your own research.

Mayor may disconnetion notice from meRALCO?... whether by corruption or by MIS-MANAGEMENT, it means a lot!

the issues were legally filed but ofcourse, ombudsman were bought. nabibili tlga hustisya sa pilipinas. the same issues filed are the ones being informed to the public. if justice is denied, information blast ka na lang and hopefully people will be wise to decide.

Nobody follws traffic laws especially motorcycles and pedicabs who always insist on counterflowing...Divisoria is still in chaos....vendors are almost taking up half of the street and jeepneys stopping right in the middle of the road to pick up passengers and pedicabs everywhere breaking every traffic law imaginable......Gandara and Salazar are being turned into private parking lots by private car owners who have money to buy shiny new cars but are too cheap to pay for parking...All of these happening on a daily basis happening under the "watchful" noses of policemen who turn a blind eye because they are being paid to shut up......Makes me wonder if there really is someone running Manila....It's almost disheartening to vote anymore....It's the same situation regardless of who is the mayor whether it be Atienza or Lim.....I would vote for and even campaign vigorously for anyone who can solve the traffic and garbage problem here in Manila...Yun lang magawa nila masaya na ako

No one is strong enough to beat the incumbents here in Makati. I hate political dynasties but the alternatives are not worth it as well. One is a known vote-buyer and the other is a way for the PAGCOR chairman to enter local politics.

 

How I'd wish for someone worthy to step up the plate and challenge the dynasty here.
