One of the first things I say to anyone who has cancer is that doctors can give you a prognosis, but don’t take that to mean he or she has told you when you are going to die.

A prognosis tells you how serious your cancer is and what your chances for survival are. Survival rates, on the other hand, are based on averages for a large number of patients. In that sense these are rough guides to how long you have left. Many people live longer than the average and many die sooner.

But survival rates for Stage 4 lung cancer are rather bleak and the cure you claim in just 3 months' time, is highly improbable. A miracle, if you will. Certainly the medical literature does not speak of a cure.

And now that you have filed your certificate of candidacyfor President of the Republic of the Philippines, we need to know: have you really been gifted with a miracle?

New central bank law okayed

Speaker Feliciano Belmonte Jr. has welcomed the House of Representatives approval on third and final reading of House Bill 5875, which he principally authored, seeking to amend Republic Act 7653, also known as The New Central Bank Act.

 

Belmonte said that 23 years since The New Central Bank Act was enacted, the economic milieu in the country has changed, globalization has increased the integration of financial markets, and the scope of operations of financial institutions has evolved.

Once these amendments are enacted into law, they will empower the BSP to effectively respond to challenges and innovations of a globalized economy, and more significantly, in performing its constitutional mandates. Indeed an empowered BSP is indispensable in ensuring a competitive, robust and inclusive economy, and a financial system that delivers a high quality of life for Filipinos, said Belmonte.

Parang bobo ang airport Police. Hindi mo maintindihan kung nasa burnik ang utak. Ano mapapala ng isang pasahero magpsulit ng isang bala? Malaki ba makukuha nyang pera pag sinangla nya yung "iisang" bala sa bag nya? Hay! Dapat kumpiskahin ang bala, irecord incident, at hayaan makaalis yung pasehero. Bat mo aarestuhin pa? Dapat nga tulungan pa dahil ungas ka na lang talaga kung di mo makikita na biktima nga yun pasahero. Ang dapat nila arestuhin yun gumagawa nya, hindi yun pasahero.

 

Speaking of sangla. Kung maisasangla lang siguro utak ng mga ito, sila siguro malaki laki makukuha. Slightly used eh

Hahahaha, syempre hindi naman. Yung papunta dyan siguro naman wala problema. Mas kelangan lang siguro syempre maging vigilant. Tsaka meron din kasi ako bitbit usually na man purse for all my travel docus.

 

Anyway, para sakin, maglabas muna dapat kasi ng executive order or something, na habang iniimbestigahan pa itong scam na ito, yung mga mahuhuli dapat ituring na biktima at hindi Kriminal. Kumpiskahin bala, pero huwag arestuhin kung wala naman sapat na dahilan na maghinalang kriminal yun tao. Tsaka mabuti siguro kung isang kahon na bala. Kaso isa o dalawa? Maisasangla mo ba yan sa pupuntahan mo? lol
