Because the head office allegedly was the one which approved of this transaction. In my opinion, the BM is guilty as hell. She reportedly made an unauthorized account for Go and also made 4 fictitious accounts which is falsification of documents which is a crime in itself. Furthermore, this falsification led to another crime which is money laundering since the money came from a criminal act which is cyber theft and made its way to RCBC. I understand the money was remitted to a remittance company so that it will be converted to pesos and allegedly delivered to casino junket operators.

The BM is definitely guilty, along with other high ranking officials of the bank. Also part of this are some officials of the casino and maybe the junket operator.

Marcos is a Rise and Fall story. You can learn from both good and the bad.

 

And yes one must learn from history, but he has never truly learned unless he decides to move on from it. Imagine where our country would be if we had not forgiven Japan for their crime wars during world war II? or spain for that matter? 300 taon tayong inalipin ng mga kastila di ba?

 

Just to point out how preposterously Marcos has been demonized by yellow propaganda.... They say that the years of Martial Law is the darkest time in our history. O sige nga, tanungin ko nagsabi nyan, kung pwede sya mabuhay sa nakaraang panahon, san nya mas gugustuhin? Nung panahon na sakop tayo ng mga hapon? O nung panahon ng Martial law?
