RomanticBadboy
Better to seek professional help. Friends and family might not be enough. Even if they mean well, they might downplay the severity of depression and might not give the right advice. Quote Link to comment
asaness0961
I've been single for a couple of years and been curious on how can I happy or how can I get a girlfriend. Pero since socially awkward ako, I tend to walk away. Ang hirap din kumausap ng ibang tao due to past experiences or rather I say, traumatizing. I always says to myself that I don't need other people. I always want to solve my problems in my own and not to bother people around me. Life is unfair. Life is suffering. Pero this time, tamang chill lang. Kung gusto mo maglaro, maglaro ka. Simple as that. Quote Link to comment
Pentatonic88
Try to have a support group where you can talk to them without discrimination Try working out or doing a sport after your work/school which some how can relase stress and can help you feel good temporarily. Think positive and watch the Law of Attraction( it might help in someways ). Quote Link to comment
BIG-Trouble
Depression is real. It is more amplified because of the current pandemic and should be treated seriously. Given the circumstance, having a support group is even more important than ever because medical help isn’t as accessible. For me, the first step is to accept that there is a problem. It is highly difficult to help someone who refuses help. Then the healing can start. There is no pill that can rid of depression but it is a lifelong struggle which eventually you hope to win day by day. Stay strong, stay positive and remember that there is actually a lot to live for no matter how dark the situation might be. Quote Link to comment
