artgonsalves35
If depression makes you feel like crying without any reason for like a couple of times a week, go get yourself checked, ssri will work just fine, serotonin reuptake inhibitor. I have been battling than since I was 24, I am now 31 and still on Ssri. It is a disease like any other, you need to accept that your serotonin is not that high compare to others. Trust me. Mad Damian
Dont deny it. We all go thru it several times in our lives. But give yourself a timetable and a goal on how to handle it; be it seeing a doc, a support group, or just changing your outlook in life. But bottom line, it is still up to you to get over it. Be strong! Quote Link to comment
R i r i
As per my mom (she's clinically diagnosed with Bipolar depression II) ang kailangan niya daw is yung may makikinig sakanya , wag maiiwan mag isa, may paglilibangan, wag mamiss ang check up , and wag makakalimutan ang meds. Pag idle sila dun sila nalulungkot, I am one of those, but not bipolar, end stage ng depression diagnosis sakin, I recovered a lot, by keeping myself busy and I avoided alcohol, no alcohol for life I still smoke, anyway, always listen first to people who have disorders like this, and just answer positively, like, "I know how you feel" can you tell me more? "I understand where you are coming from" can you elaborate even more" Positive lahat. Good luck mate! Quote Link to comment

artgonsalves35
hit the gym, exercise, pagudin mu sarili mu pra sa gabi, diretso tulog. d mu na maiisip problema moI agree, Depress din ako, pero natutunan ko early morning pa lang, warm up ko paglinis ng bahay, pag pinawisan na ako ng konti, lakad papuntang gym, then gym, all in all mga 2 hours of activity in the morning, pero sa gym 30minutes lang, the whole day energetic ako sa work, then pag uwian na, nauubos na energy ko, then madali na lang makatulog. Pero kung hindi mo nagamit energy mo within the day, hirap ka makatulog niyan, then the next morning feeling depressed ka, sleep is important sa mga depress/anxious. 1 Quote Link to comment
