yuber13 Posted July 10, 2015 Share Posted July 10, 2015 I workout afterwork. Around 7 to 9 pm. So far wala naman ako nagiging problema sa pagtulog. I tried hitting the gym in the morning before going to work. Di kaya. Halos wala na akong energy para sa trabsho after. Quote Link to comment

Agree, morning for me is the best time to work out, the very feeling of working out at 6am is heavenly for me. Pero nung naging pamilyado na ko, puslitan na lang, anytime basta may spare time, quickie workout. Quote Link to comment
