Morning sir, to produce oxytocin, which is the happy hormone. gising ka buong araw. More on weight training and circuit rather than cardio. Do your cardio after work kung may time ka pa.

 

Agree, morning for me is the best time to work out, the very feeling of working out at 6am is heavenly for me.

 

Pero nung naging pamilyado na ko, puslitan na lang, anytime basta may spare time, quickie workout.
