blueH Posted May 17, 2012 Share Posted May 17, 2012 some people hit the gym in the morning (cardio) to feel refreshed tapos weights sa gabi, i guess it depends on your work sched tama pero this is the regular peak hours ng gym specially if you work from 8am to 5pm. if your shift is not from 8am to 5pm, best time to go to the gym and workout is from 10am to 2pm. wala kasing kaagawa at konti ang nag woworkout. Ideally it should be morning, around 5am, but I find it hard to lift weights when I just woke up. So now I just do it when I'm up to it. Usually for me that would be in the afternoon.
