Manila Ocean Park, Behind Quirino Grandstand

dapat makarating sa kanila itong mga comments natin eh, the staffs are indeed rude. The chaotic crowd shouldn't be their excuse for being rude...very novice and amateurish ang dating nila. sa susunod kong visit sa MOP baka masigawan ko na yang mga hinayupak na yan :thumbsdownsmiley:

why there must be a soft opening for it? di ko maintindihan? or baka wala na silang pambayad sa contructors so DOT was force to open to public. Imagine 3,000 viewers X 400 a day X 30 days 31,200,000 a month?

400 at di pa full swing operation its not worth it. Kung ganyan pala may suggestion ako

1. 400 dapat may kasama 2 bottle mineral water at towelltte.

2. Then hindi sila pwd basta magpapasok ng tao and tour the whole facilty alone.

3. They have to group by 30 and have tour guides explaining whats inside. Oh eh di may crowd control na tayo each group will have a 10 minutes interval para di magkasalubong.

4. Each group dapat may tour leader staff sa harapan with a megaphone or speaker phone to talk loud enough so that people can hear what he/she is talking about then may isa pang staff sa likod taga push at sasabihin lakad na ho dahil may kasunod pa.

5. kung ganyan yung set up I be happy to spend 400 each

6. at the end of the tour collect all plastci empty bottles and teach all viewers about proper waste and recycling method, at every time the Oceanarium colletcs all plastic empty bottles they will sell it at recycling plant yung pera nabenta nila ay pang subsidy sa mga batang di kaya makapasok diyan...and this is also a way to help other poor children to get a chance to see whats inside.

ipinapakita talagang hindi marunong magpatakbo ng negosyo itong DOT na ito

lot of bad reviews, but i read that operator is a singaporean registered firm

let's wait for further developments so we can also be proud of our own ocean park

Singaporean registered firm? IMHO, in Singapore we were allowed to pet their sharks.

let's wait . . . proud of our own ocean park.

Here's a better way to put it:

let's wait . . . proud of our own aquarium.

hindi talaga worth it.

p400 for a very hot place. there are insufficient visuals and attractions to even demand that price.

The place is poorly laid out.

The place is very very small and you can loiter in 15 minutes and see everything already

gosh... not even a good place to go. definitely rated as one of the RIP OFFS and "not worth it" places to go.

Shanghai and HK have similar setups but their place is gorgeous and really worth it.

i even got a video of the manila ocean park staff telling people that you cannot go back to a certain place after you have passed it. i am not even talking about the last exit. Its just the exit from the tunnel... and no return na????? tsssss

been here last month. it took me 30 mins to view everything. harang the entrance fee. and dont go up the 2nd floor quickly where they say meron pa sa taas. it's just a pond and a fish spa. once you're at the 2nd floor you cannot come back anymore. i think this rule is very unfriendly. we paid for it so we have the right to view again if we want to. better to wait when there are malls already by yearend para maraming mapuntahan.
