Then what he does everytym he lights 1 he doesnt finish it pinuputol na lang nya. so eventualy mawawala din mo yung craving na habol mo. Smoking is like drugs its hard to stop. I met this guy who has a hole on his throat like the lady in the smoking comercials. He told how it happend and what he had to indure. It freaked me out so as a result. Been smoke free for 7 yrs now.
